SHIPPING POLICY

Engines are generally shipped by freight because of their size and weight. Shipping time depends on destination, freight availability, carrier scheduling, and the type of delivery location. Customers must provide an accurate address, working telephone number, and any special delivery instructions before shipment.

Residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, missed appointments, storage, and redelivery can result in additional carrier charges. The receiving party should inspect the engine and packaging before signing the freight receipt. Any visible damage should be noted on the carrier paperwork at delivery and reported promptly so a freight claim can be reviewed.
