REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: September 27, 2026

Engine purchases are final once the correct unit has shipped, but a return request may be reviewed if the engine delivered is materially different from the unit ordered or if a significant undisclosed issue is confirmed shortly after delivery. Any concern should be reported before installation, disassembly, or modification whenever reasonably possible. Approved returns require prior authorization and the engine must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

The buyer is responsible for confirming the VIN, engine code, part number, and vehicle application before purchase. Refunds do not include installation labor, diagnostics, programming, towing, fluids, gaskets, seals, shop supplies, or other costs related to removal or installation. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
